Loss of use ?

I received a 31% loss of use of my right knee that my doctor & the work comp insurance co. both agree. I know they will deduct the weekly benefits they paid me but what kind of money can I expect ? I live in New York. Thank You !!

Your benefit will be a function of your average weekly wage, current age, etc... You can guess it'll approximate about a sixth to a third of what you net weekly!
