looking for lawyer for probate and chapter 13

I am a real estate investor and market to people that are about to foreclose... I offer them to buy their house. Sometimes these people do not want to sell their house, but would like to file chapter 13 in order to avoid foreclosure. I am looking for a lawyer that would like those leads.

In return I am looking for probate leads: when a lawyer has a probate customer, executor might be interested in selling property. I would love to have a lawyer that would let me know of those situation and allow me to make an offer to purchase the property on probate.

Furthermore, no ETHICAL lawyer would send you "leads" in the manner you suggest.

If you want a lawyer, look in the yellow pages, contact your state and county bar associations, or use your personal contacts to seek one.
