I have joint custody, with my ex. he has primary conserviorship over our 3 children, i pay child support. He's moving out of state, and letting my oldest boy, 14, move to my house, while leaving my 16 year old daughter at his moms house, and taking my youngest son 13 with him. how do I go about having legal paperwork done to show that I have him now? and should I have childsupport ajusted?
