One of my friends had a boating accident on my PWC and severely injured another friend of mine. I had insurance coverage of $100k which has been offered to the injured party. Do I have any other liability in this matter? I was not involved in this accident but I am the registered owner.

If you're sued for any amount over $100,000 and a larger award is given by the court, say $250,000, you might be in the hook for $150,000 more. You might want to discuss this in detail with your insurance company and attorney.
