Law to protect my children fm cps involving unsupportive family

A family member is currently being accused of sexually assaulting my oldest daughter and my family refuses to acknowledge even it being a possibility, now CPS in a different state then we live has removed 2 of my 3 children and allows my family to have my children sleep over against my wishes. What can I do to protect my babies from all possible sick family members when my attorney is working to build case against me???

My GUESS, the kids may have been transported surreptitiously from THAT state to Nebraska.
Now, THAT STATE has obtained court orders to rectify the problem.
