My 2 yr old granddaughter will be coming to live with us for awhile so her Mom can get it together finanically. Father has signed off on her so no problems there. Mother is willing to sign over legal custody temporarly. How do we go about this? My daughter lives in New York State and we live in Florida. She is bringing granddaughter to us on 4/26/09. We need this information so we can put her on our insurance while she is with us.
