I had my car stollen 9 years ago I do have all the police report but they small claim me I don't know coz they leave the letter to my parents home they dint see it right away n I never got it so I have judsment how to appeal it coz I went to the court were it donn n I get a runaround help me please

You can talk to a lawyer, but it's all but impossible to appeal a nine year old judgment.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I can only guess that there was a default judgment against you. If this is the case, you will need to do an "Order to Show Cause to Vacate a Default Judgment." In California there is a procedure for you to follow but, in short, you'll need to provide these two things in order to be granted this order:

1) A good reason why you did not show up in court.
2) A valid defense - this explains to the court why they should bother reopening a case. If you have no defense, the result would be the same whether or not your reason for not showing is acceptable - why waste any more time?

I couldn't even tell whether the judgment is from 9 years ago or the car was stolen 9 years ago or both!

Interesting that insurance didn't pay it off.... I guess this may be a consequence of not having coverage.
I agree it is likely waaaaay too late to open it back up. About the only reason that might work is if you could show insurance paid it off.
Even if the car was stolen you still have to pay the loan!

You should always report a stolen vehicle to the police & to your car insurance company. If the vehicle was financed or leased, you should also have reported the theft to the finance or lease company & given them the name of your ins. co.

Did you not have insurance? We don't have complete details. I don't know if anything can be done now re the judgment. Why do you believe you do not owe the judgment?
