Ive been hired for moderator of a forum an received no payment

I have been hired as a moderador of a forum.

I have been working for two months now and received no payment.

I live in Guatemala, and the contractor prefers to use paypal, but its unavailable for my country.

I need the money and every time that I try to contact her regarding payment she never answers.

What can I do?
