Long story short. My mother and I work for the same company and for the past year and a half or so she's been "fooling around" with a manager where we work. This situation has really escalated in the past 9 months. I confronted her, I've confronted the manager, I've told the store manager, the district manager, I called corporate headquarters and they sent a mediator whom we all knew. This is a very draining situation and some days I feel very depressed not just because it has went on, but because it's my own mother. My employer has done nothing except brush it under the rug after they said the situation would be taken care of. I have plenty of evidence against them including an eyewitness account. If someone could give me some advice I would certainly appreciate it. Thank you so very much.
