My daughter went to her father's house for his ordered visitation weekend. When she came home she told me that her dad and his wife were invoved in a dispute and during it Maria (the wife) spit in her dad's face and Ron (her dad) pushed Maria. Ron then made my daughter leave with him and they stayyed at different houses for the weekend. He even took her to a house that had cockrotches in it. He returned her on sunday. Then I recieved a call today that Ron was arrested for aggrevated harrassement and mental hygiene last night. He also says that he needs to enroll in a rehab because he has a drinking problem. I am concerned for my daughter's welfare. He does not even have a stable place to live when he has her on his weekends. I am wondering if I would posssibly be able to get Ron to have supervised vistits or something. Im not really sure what I should do so I'm needing some advice please.
is it possible to modify ex's visitations rights

You are going to need an attorney. If things are as you say they are you might be able to get a modification of the visitation arrangements until things are better.
