Hi, so the thing here is, I know an 18 year old guy and a 12 year old girl dating online. None of their parents are aware of this relationship. The guy used to think that the girl was 16 year old, but as it turns out, she lied to him and she is 12, but he did not care. I tried to tell him it was wrong but instead he blew me off. They talk on Twitter pretty much all day every day, and I know that there might the presence of sexual talk in between them. Now, the guy desires to be the president of the United States in the future, but I don't know if it is considered as pedophila and if it could go on his record.

He thinks its a little girl, it could be a big, bad police officer or sheriff's deputy.

Two people "talking" via Twitter isn't illegal regardless of their relative ages. If the "talking" is sexual in nature, that might be illegal. Either way you're friend appears to be a dummy.

You're not "dating." Oh I mean your "friend" isn't dating a 12 year old. But if any nude photos are exchanged with the minor your "friend" is now in possession of child porn.

Are you for real right now or trolling? What does it matter if he wants to be POTUS? Have you seen the current one - anyone can be POTUS no matter what's in their past or present.
