Hello,
My wife is demanding day care money. How do I find out if she is really working. Is there a way to go to court and ask for pay stubs. How often can I ask for a income and expense declaration from her.

If the day care expense isn't court ordered you wouldn't HAVE to pay it. But if you'd like to pay it why don't you just ask her for some stubs, and if she refuses don't pay it.

I agree unless the court order says to pay it, then don't. If she refuses to hand over proof she is working, then I wouldnt pay her anything.
