my child was denied breast milk from birth to 11 months at a daycare. I didnt find out until 11 months. We moved daycares so we thought we were good. However he started showing signs of delay at about 2 1/2...now I think it is directly related to the breastmilk refusal. He will be four soon, does the discovery law go into effect beacause I didnt realize the damages to him until he was 2 1/2?

I think you'll find it nigh on impossible to prove any link between lack of breast milk and any potential problems.

How do you know the denial of breast milk is the cause of him showing signs of delay? You just can't "think" it is due to the refusal of breast milk. You would have to prove it.
