I met someone online and after several months of emails and phone calls we met in person in July. It didn't work out in person and we broke up but not before having sex. She recently told me that she was pregnant. She told me she was on birth control and we had discussed not wanting to be pregnant so early in a relationship. I have told her that I don't want to be a father this early in my life and she has told me she will not have an abortion. My question is what are my legal obligations since she is a canadian citizen and lives there and I am a US citizen and live in Montana.

She can go to court in Canada and get an order for child support. Exactly what that will amount to depends on your relative incomes etc. Then she will have to enforce it against you in Montana. Exactly how she does that depends on Montana's reciprocal jurisdiction laws.
