no carts available, just ones with rickety wheels. picked up 4 boxes of porcelain floor tile, obviously restocked because boxes were secured with duct tape, not original packaging including safety zip ties. At checkout, wheel got stuck, boxes fell, cutting off tip of my toe. Went to ER, surgery ensued, can I sue?
