Income Tax Audit.

In August 2012 I received an income tax audit from the State of connecticut for 2007 filed taxes. They are claiming I owe approx $1,500. I read that the statute of limitations is three years? can the State legally do this?

I suggest you consult a tax attorney, or a tax resolution company.
