If I am in school at the moment, and will be for the next two years, will a judge impute income anyways?

I know if you're "involuntarily" unemployed, or not making as much as you could be, they won't impute income. I am just not sure if school counts as involuntarily being unemployed?

ANd one more question, would a judge look back at a job I had about 4 years ago? That was before I started school.

You need to hire yourself a lawyer, or make a deal you can live with and perform. You have many too many issues to rely upon a forum to help you.

Last, but not least, no one can guess what a judge will do. That's like flipping a coin, all you know is it'll end up heads or tails.
