In the process of a divorce we own a home together

My wife purchased a truck in her name
Ive paid half of the car payment
I dont think i should be responsible to continue to pay half.
What are my options here.
She wants me to pay half the car payment until the truck is sold.
Do i have to do this?
Im also moving and cant pay the half the mortgage .
What is the worst case cinario in this situation.
Can she make me pay half is the courts get involved??

There is no simple answer. Typically, your assets and liabilities would be divided equally between you. Beyond that, you either negotiate something you can both live with or you end up paying lawyers and going to court.

I can almost guarantee that no judge will leave her paying on the truck and the house.

If you don't have it you can't pay it.
She can't make you pay it, but she can ask the court to order you to pay it. Until the court orders you to pay it you don't have to worry about it, but if you force that option you might not be happy with what the court orders you to pay.
You might make an effort to assist in the sale of the vehicle to get it out of the way.
