Dean, do you have any pertinent questions to ask? Because continuing to repeat the same information over and over again is pointless. If there is something further we can do to help, that's fine, but if all you've got is to reiterate how badly you've been treated, there's no point leaving the thread open.

That may be true. There is plenty of federal cases that hold that the statute of limitation is subject to waiver, estoppel, and equitable tolling based on EEOC filings.

You need to find an attorney that practices in Federal court on employment matters.
