Hi. Ok I need information on what you have to do to be able to move out of your house when you're 16 instead of when you're 18. Like what kind of legal stuff I have to do and what not. Well thanks for your time and help in advance.

What state are you in? In many states if you are a minor you can petition the court for removal and emancipation. Here is an example of Texas, removing the disabilities of a minor.
