I found out that my wife wants to leave me and marry another man. I have chats that show this. I also have chats and an email that shows he is willing to pay for it. He is seperated from his wife in the state of Tennessee. We have 5 kids ranging in age from 17 to 6. The 17 year old and 16 year old don't know of this. The three little ones do. Their ages are 12, 10, and 6. What rights do I have. The kids feel resentment towards the man that is willing to pay for the divorce. What are my options for getting custody?

Consult an attorney ASAP and file for divorce. Move first and you may be able to work it out where you get the kids and the residence, and she can move out to live with her new man.
Do you have a job? Can you support the children, the home, and pay for or arrange day care? Have all these answers before you start filing paperwork because "I don't know ..." is not going to be sufficient, especially if the soon-to-be-ex can argue that she will be supported by the new man and will be able to stay home with the kids.
