I need help

My ex husband and his new wife were awarded custody of our daughter 3 years ago. I am in a low paying job and he is in a high paying one so therefore I can not afford to go back to court all the time. It was brought to my attention that she is being punished for something that could be a medical condition, I do not agree on this and want to know my rights as a non custodial parent. I see her almost every weekend and all holidays. The court awarded him custody but she is the one doing everything concerning my daughter. My daughter told me she was the one that grounded her, her daddy doesn't know and she is afraid of her stepmother. I have requested meetings with him but he will not meet with me. I am afraid of the long term side effects of what this punishment might lead to(she wets the bed and is 7 but she doesn't do this at my house anymore just their house). What can I do about this? I don't understand...Why would your ex's new wife be awarded custody of YOUR child?? Does her name appear on the custody papers? If so, without typing out identifying information, please state that portion of the custody order.

Also...Does Dad have full LEGAL custody? What state is the order out of?

She was not awarded custody he was, he is always gone and she is left taking care of our child. I am in Kentucky. His name is on the custody papers but he said in court that he was at home more in the evenings and did not have to work any any during the evenings but being in the school system he has to attend every ballgame. He lied under oath and also the judge was the school board attorney in the school system where my ex husband and his wife are employed, he had to attend court every Thursday for any kids that were in trouble and our judge was with him during this. I just want to know if I have any rights to express my concerns with the discipline of my daughter for wetting the bed. I am not being a nagging person I am just worried about the long term effects of her being punished for something she has no control over. I am sorry this was so long but I needed to explain my situation.

If the situation has changed go back to court. However you did say your ex and his wife won custody. This prompted reply you got.
