i reallly want to live with my father any advice

You can try to convince your parents to allow you to live with dad. If mom says no, you must remain living in her household.
Otherwise, you can wait until you're 18.

Unless both parents agree, your father would have to apply to the courts for custody. Which may or may not be granted.
If it is not, then you can live anywhere you like as soon as you are 18.
