How to Get Guardianships of my sibilings

My two younger sisters would like to live with me. My mother is still alive but cannot provide them financially. What are the procedures of being their legal guardianship? I'm not looking to adopt my sibiliings, but they will be staying with for awhile. I know I might need the guardianship to enroll them in school and any other issues that might come up. I'm in the military and reside in IL. My sisters reside in WI.

When my sister and her husband took guardianship of my son all they did was get a lawyer, state some reason and went in front of the judge. That simple. They also reside in IL. I'm sure you could avoid the lawyer and just print out the correct paperwork and file at the clerks office.
