How do I get him to leave

For 10 years, I have been the bread winner. I was recently laid off and now everything is my fault. I'm tired and have learned some hideous facts of him drinking then driving and having an accident with the kids in the car and leaving, then finding pot and accessories and major pay per view porn purchases while he's left in charge of the kids.

I want him out, but he has had violent outbursts and I don't want to give up the house I bought before we married. I'm afraid for me and my kids, especially with the outbursts lately. Can someone please make suggestions? thank you

File for divorce, custody and retention of the marital home. Did you report the accident to the police? How do you know he was drinking and driving? Did you report the drug paraphernalia to the police. Did the children actually SEE the porn movies?

You need to file for divorce and for him to leave the residence and for possession of the marital home. I hope you have proof of what you are claiming, especially the accident.
