How do I collect on my QDRO

I divorced over 10 yrs ago. My lawyer drafted a QDRO. Recently my ex-husband retired and started to collect his pension. I attempted to contact my lawyer for advice but it seems he has retired. I have no idea what to do to start collecting my share of the pension??
