I am going to school and working, but my oldest daughters father refuses to help with her childcare. Is he obligated to pay a portion? Is that included in his child suppport?

Hard to say without seeing the court order. You'll have to read the order to see if he is obligated to pay, or if it is included in the calculation of child support.
