I met a woman in April 2007 she was 5 months pregnant. She had the baby Oct 15, 2007. We got married Onct 17, 2007 so that the baby could have my last name. I am not the biological father. We seperated in April 2008. What can i do to have my name removed from the baby? Do I file for an annulement or divorce?
