my girlfriend is in a custody dispute with her ex-husband.we live in north carolina and last year she went through a hard time in her life with the death of her previous boy friend who she was to marry.she tried to raise her childern who are the ages of 15,13 and 12 but had to send her childern to her ex-husband to get things back together here.he is now after about 8 months of having the kids is trying to obtain custody of his childern in the state of louisiana.the childern have expressed the want to return back to there mother.she has had sole custody of the childern all there life with her ex having only visitation rights.now he is wanting full custody and has already obtain an attorney and filed papers within the state of louisiana.when she sent the childern down she signed a paper giving him tempoary custody of the kids for medical and school issues.i would greatly thank you for any help in this matter.
