I've been divorced for 2 years now, last year filed for child support in NY, my X doesn't appear for court 3 times in the row, for various reasons judge giving him more chances... He's claiming that he doesn't make any money, to me at least.
I have another court in Dec, a week ago I found out that he's bragging all over Brooklyn that he's a partner in a Restaurant Business now, but I know for sure it won't be under his name, he probably not even in any of the paperwork(CASH only) I know the name of the restaurant and, days that he's working there that's all.... Please Help what should I do???? Am'I screwed????
