I was married in the state of Arizona and due to abuse and neglect of myself and children i relocated to Missouri. My husband refuses to pay child support and has sent a letter releasing all custody of our children to me. I do not know where my husband lives now, last known location was in Arizona and i believe is still there because of a relationship, but he will not give me an address or tell me what town. I need to know how to go about filling for a divorce do i need a lawyer? or can i do this on my own, i want full custody of my kids. HELP!!!
