My step father was ordered to pay alimony until the divorce is finalized but has not paid for about four months now. We filed to have it taken out through probation. I called the senior probation officer about a month after we filed the papers and she said she hasn't gotten around to processing them! What can I do to speed up the process or just to get him to pay the alimony to my mother.
