My wife has a child with her ex-boyfriend. They have a rocky past and communicate only via email. Recently, when he has emailed her he has her listed as Baby Mama for her title. He has now switched it to Fiance #1. We have told the courts before of how he harrasses her, but he denies everything or says there was a misunderstanding. Can he be brought up on harrassment? What can we do?

Please help.

Thanks,

Nothing you have stated qualifies as harassment.

That is not harassment. I am sure she has choice words for him too, she just chooses not to put it in email. She should just ignore it or let him know she will delete and not respond to any emails in which he calls her that.
