Hardship or Nonhardship

I've got a current child support order right now and I'm currently staying with my new girlfriend and her 2 kids for 1 year now. Can those 2 kids be counted as a hardship on my child support calculation even though we're not married.I do help support the kids financially and taking them to and from school and also their extra curicular activities and such. Does anybody know?

No, they have their own father, and you have your own children. Your only obligation is to your children.

No. They are not your kids and not your responsibility to support. Mom should be getting CS from their dad and working.
