What is considered harassment. My ex, parent of my child, is constantly sending messages and shows up at my house trying to take away my kid . Every time I call police he leaves. He makes threats al the time of making police reports or saying I hurt my child when I never did. I never have a report because he's never there

We have joint physical, sole legal to me

If it isn't his day to visit, don't answer the door.
Or, call the police when he arrives, and report a trespasser.
You could attempt to seek a restraining order for the harassment, but why bother?
It's so much easier to delete the texts, or ignore them.
The more attention you give a pest, the more he'll pester you.
When you begin to ignore a pest, his activity decreases, eventually ceasing.
