My husband and I have guardianship of my nephew, court ordered. Both of his parents recently became employed. Can we get the statutory 20% child support from each parent?

I suppose you could go to court, or contact your state's child support collection agency and seek child support.

I wouldn't bother if I was simply protecting, sheltering, nurturing, and rescuing my beloved nephew from a home and a breeder pair that were incapable of doing what you wanted to do.
