Grandparent custody or visitation

My child is 18 and has a 2 month old son. She has just started outpatient treatment for drugs, and is blaming me for everything. She has know taken her son and moved out. I am worried about my grandson and I want to know if I have any rights to him. I need direction please help!!!!!!!

Your daughter needs your help. And nothing more. Don't do anything to turn her against you more than she already is. I am speaking from experience. I lost custody of my son 4 years ago. All I needed was help not for someone to take him from me. I have been fighting this ever since he was 7 months old. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do in my life. So if you do anything, just be there for her when she needs you. Let her do it on her own. If she couldn't take care of her child, she wouldn't have left. Just let her be and be there to catch her when she falls. Love is everything.
