Okay.

Is there a question? If it is, "Does a business have a right to ask disruptive people to leave?" the answer is, "Yes."

I suspect it was a wee bit more than tearing the corner off of a page, wasn't it?

we got kicked out of denist because ashton who has cp tore a magzine

Here's an idea, take the innocent child back and have him or her apologize and offer to pay for the magazine.
If he can't communicate well, you old say it for the child, and he or she could simply shake his or her head in agreement while smiling sweetly.
Everyone loves honest people who admit their mistakes and apologize.
I'll bet no one's ever fessed up like you and your child will do.
Once they see what a great parent you are, teaching your child to accept responsibility and showing remorse for an error, they'll probably ask you back and offer you a free visit.
Good luck.

You still didn't come back & ask a specific question. More details would also help & is there more to the story than just tearing a magazine? Thanks.
