I recntly left my job which was also my daycare provider. When I got my last check I noticed she had took over half of my check, when asked what it was from she said an owed debt from the childcare. I have a standing court order in which she is aware of that my childs father pay 75% of all child care explnses. she has us as two seperate accounts in her recpiet book. Can she take this money? I live in bpt, ct of this makes any difference
