68 years old, supervisor at large, nationwide plant for 25 years, missed 2 days due to illness in 25 years, have had 2 write-ups total, none recently. Good health, planned to retire in 2 years. Was informed yesterday my retirement will begin Aug 1, no options given me, say I'm not who they want in that position. Nothing about severance package. This is a huge company. Any recourse?
