Fired after injury for failing drug test

I fell and broke my leg while at work 3 weeks ago. I was given a urine test when I went to the hospital. I was informed a week later that I was fired because I tested pos. for marijuana.
I know I have probably screwed myself, but am curious if I would still be able to collect unemployment since I was fired.

I was never under the influence of anything at work including when I was injured.

You are free to apply for unemployment. There is no penalty for being wrong and the worst they can say is no, in which case you are no worse off than if you never applied in the first place.

Only the state of Ohio can say if you will be approved or not.
