fighting cps and want to protect my son as well as myself

I have been accused of child endangerment and I mistakenly agreed to a safety plan and my son has been moved with my mother but my son was taken without my consent or knowing to get a hair folic a test I was never made aware of the results and my mother was told they do not need my consent to do so even though I have full legal custody I feel like my rights as a parents have been violated. Am I wrong I have refused every request since we are now heading to trIan and I am a till without counsel I've requested court appointed counsel but have still heard nothing . Starting to worry this is the second round of this I had a precious case that was closed due to no supporting facts and this cps has lied straight to my face not knowing I knew otherwise I am worried her lies will cause issues in this case

At least you know your chid is safe with a woman you love, your mom.
I suggest you wait until you are appointed or hire an attorney.
If you've done precisely as you've said, you shouldn't be where you are today.
That alone would mean most attorneys would readily help you because your rights have been violated.
