My fiancee went to court for child support with no legal councel cause the informed her she had to pay for her own. Is that true? Also is there a difference between family court and support court? Can the lawyer she has for family court do her child support case. If not possible what should she do?

Your fiancee needs to either do some learning of her own (and truly, legal forums can be great to browse through!) or hire her own attorney. Then again, if she already has an attorney for a custody issue, she can certainly ask for help.
