my wife and I separated a year ago we have a child together shes 11 and she has a 13 year girl from a different father hasn't had in contact at all since she was 1 years old we lived in Idaho and move up to Washington got married 8 years ago any ways she left out of Washington to live near family in Idaho he found out from child services that she was back in Idaho he owes about 16,000 in back child support but has been trying to get 50 50 custody now my wife and I would like to get back together and the girls want to come back to Washington can she just pack up and come here and can I file something saying she was wrong for taking my daughter from washington so she can come back leaglely
