MY son walked out of a hotel room while I was sleeping and the police were called. I am 18 and part of dcp&p. cps called and said there were blunt wraps in the room where we were and I now have to take a drug test. I dont do drugs so I know I will pass but if i pass will they close the case immediatley and will they let me sign out of the dyfcs program?

If you pass drug test its likely over however you might have them in your life for 30 days or so. There is a bright side.
