My ex has kept my twins from me for 5 weeks during the summer. I am going to file for an enforcement ..he continually accuses me of being on drugs which is untrue. will he be able to drug test me at enforcement hearing? And if so can I request the same for him?

Of course not, he can't test you for drugs.
The court can't test you for drugs, either.

All the court can do is ORDER you to take a drug test.
Then the agency listed in the order will await your arrival to be drug tested.
If you refuse to go, or miss appointments to avoid being drug tested, you'll probably be held in contempt of court.

I'll stop speculating now.
Why?
Because you have nothing to hide, and you won't avoid drug testing.
You love your babies, and will do anything to be with them again.

Yes, anything, even endure drug testing; because you are free of any illegal drugs in your body!

Okay, mom, get back in there and fight for your babies.
They miss you, too!

Oh no im not worried about taking the test at all...im asking because he only brings up the allegations to take the focus off his wrongdoings. ..in the original custody case I went multiple times and passed each time..my issue is being accused of something that is not true and having it a matter of public record

Accusations, alone, mean nothing.

If you enjoy playing "tit for that", "this and that", you can allege he's abusing dope, too.

Unless you have very good reason to believe he is actually using, don't bother playing the retaliation game. It is not going to amuse the judge and it is a waste of court time and resources for those who actually need them.
