Employee spreads rumors of me smoking pot could cost me my job I passed 2 drug tests

A co worker of mine has spread rumors that I smoke pot to managers one of whom she slept with the first day of employment. I have passed 2 drug tests and I want to know what legal action I have if I am fired and loose my job.

You can sue the co-worker for slander if you are fired but the burden of proof will be on you to demonstrate that she purposefully lied. You'd have no recourse against the employer.

Since marijuana stays in the blood stream for quite some time and since you've passed two drug screens at work, I can only guess that by now management is viewing her assertions with considerable skepticism.
