Dropped hearing and MSC

My ex's attorney filed a motion to show cause filled with a bunch of lies asking for attorney fees and sanctions. We went to the hearing and the judge temporarily ruled in my favor and ordered a evidentuary hearing with a MSC. Now her attorney wants to drop the hearing and MSC without prejudice and needs my consent. Would the temporary ruling stay in effect if the MSC and hearing are dropped?
