I am being sued using the dangerous instrumentality doctrine for an accident concerning my ex-wife. The injured plaintiff already collected 100k from Geico and is now suing me for 100k also. Geico in turn is suing me for 100k to recoup their loss, which I understand. But can the injured plaintiff sue me after already collecting from Geico? Is double dipping legal?

Sorry, FL law on this even between spouses had been settled for many years.

What are you TRYING to achieve, or thwart?

Answer using plain English, not canned, ineffective, inarticulate "legalese", please.

You need a lawyer, mate.

Your feeble, ineffective pro se efforts are making matters worse.

I see criminal charges on the horizon coming your way, if they haven't already arisen.
