Ok, I just got married on the 13 of Dec. It was a small courthouse deal. And now my wife wants to get a annulment? She said it was a mistake, and wants to end it. She is 5 1/2 months prego, she isn't sure if the child is even mine. She has taken my last name. From the research I have done, there is no way we can get a annulment in the state of florida. We have to get a divorce, because she is prego.
Again this was my research, I dont have any idea really what to do. I myself don't want to get the annulment, I believe it is her hormones that my be changing her judgement. Is there anyway I can stop her, she told me that she doesn't need me to get it done.
Again I live in the state of Florida, Hillsborough County to be exact.
What do I do? Does she have grounds? Do I have anyway of stopping this? I am so lost and confused I dont know how to deal with this.
